Mimi Caulfield Weisinger has been in real estate since 1986. She specializes in Bergen County, New Jersey, a short distance from New York City. Before she came into real estate she taught and supervised Maternal Child Health Nursing.
She was a top producing agent for twelve years, earning the NJAR Million Dollar Club Award (a sales award) eight times. She has earned five national real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Residential Broker, Graduate, Realtor Institute, e-Professional and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
In 1998, Weisinger joined Friedberg Properties & Associates, an independent brokerage specializing in the luxury market, as a manager. She managed the fifty five member Cresskill Office for six years, assisting her agents in the marketing and negotiating of residential resales, new homes, condos, co-ops, and estates. She developed the Luxury Home Division of Friedberg Properties and also helped create and taught in the real estate sales training program for new agents.
She is now back to doing her first love, actively selling and listing properties, specializing in the residential market, from starter homes to estates.

In addition, she is an independent real estate trainer and speaker for real estate topics. She can provide real estate career training and real estate seminars for both experienced and new sales agents.
